Are We Having Fun Yet?

It's not often that you get to live through a generational technology shift that combines your two greatest interests. We got lucky.

We've spent a decade improving the developer experience around production infrastructure. And we've spent a decade working on AI applications and systems.

Using AI to improve the way developers manage production code?

Peanut butter, meet chocolate.

What we believe

Coding agents are changing who writes software, how fast it ships, and how much of it exists in the world. While exciting, it's putting tremendous strain on production systems. More dependencies, more failure modes, more customers impacted.

The industry figured if there’s AI for coding, then why not for reliability? In response, vendors built agents to replicate how humans handle incidents in production, which ironically means relying on a human to first solve a problem and then write down instructions for agents to follow.

We asked a different question: how can teams get ahead of incidents before they impact customers?

So we built RunLLM to learn how systems behave, detect early warning signs, and investigate complex issues before they become customer-impacting incidents.

The result: 70%+ accuracy out of the box on novel incidents, no runbooks required.

Let the fun begin.
