Ingest support tickets from Freshdesk to help RunLLM learn from your customer conversations and resolutions.

| Freshdesk domain | Your Freshdesk domain (e.g., your-company.freshdesk.com). |
| Ticket history | Number of days of ticket history to ingest (default: 30). |
